    That is what I associate with Franz Keller. He just says: "The Best of the Simple." One of the first Michelin Star chefs going for the simple things in life ... but only at the highest quality.

    During his search for simplicity and for the very best products, Franz Keller developed his own farm, Falkenhof, raising his own animals and searching for producers. Today his son (Franz Jr.) is running the restaurant and Franz Sr. is even busier with promoting the important impact of healthy good food, respect to animals, and the joy of cooking and eating. He offers cooking lessons, which are more than technically cooking - they are also interesting and lots of fun for those not cooking (just eating like my husband). Finally,  Franz Keller teaches us the important things in life. I’m so happy to call him my friend. (Yes, that might be because catering is so important to AirGO).
