We are looking for a resourceful person, someone who is dedicated to the highest standards of service, and who loves aviation.
The ideal candidate understands logistics and is very well organized, as well as straightforward, diplomatic and friendly – even in stressful situations
For this position, you should have some experience copywriting articles, blogs or newsletters, and you must speak English and German fluently. If you also speak French, Spanish or Italian, this will certainly be appreciated.
About the role
You will assist our sales & operations team, which provides you also with the opportunity to learn about the process of a charter flight from acquisition, over operation to after-sales.
You will calculate and optimize charter quotations, plan aircraft flight schedules and crew resources, dispatch and follow flights, and manage customer relations.
Additionally, you will write newsletters and blog posts, and work on PR projects.
